Donald Hutchins provided superior service for me at Mercedes Woodlands. My prior contact was Anthony Walding, who retired, so I thought it would be difficult shoes to fill, but Mr Hutchins did it with Mercedes Woodlands. My prior contact was Anthony Walding, who retired, so I thought it would be difficult shoes to fill, but Mr Hutchins did it with grace & ease. He was very professional, conscientious, and helpful. He emailed me quotes before my work was done, provided a loaner car, and updated me on other issues needed. Not to mention their lounge is the best in the west! They did have massage chairs that they hope to get back soon! It made my car maintenance easy! I will be back! More

Richard has been servicing my to Mercedes for a number of years now and I own an S class and a GLS which I love Had to bring in my car for service actually both of them one was under warranty and the othe years now and I own an S class and a GLS which I love Had to bring in my car for service actually both of them one was under warranty and the other one unfortunately run out and I may consider getting the third-party warranty as I want to keep the car for a number of years to come yet In any event, Richard has always been extremely helpful and my go to service advisor for everything. He's even helped me sort through some issues just when I called them on the phone and it's always been able to be efficient and thoughtful about any issue.
