I shopped around at several dealerships and when I finnaly came to Westmont, I was very impressed. The location was bright and clean and my salesman, Ear Sklar was very helpful and knowledgeable. A friend of mine had purchased a car from Earl at Mercedes of Westmont and recommended I see him. I called first to set up a time, there was 3 different cars I wanted to drive. Earl listened to what was important to me, took his time on each vehicle, and we ended up leasing an E350 sedan. Earl knew the electronics like he invented them himself. The following day we purchased my daughter a used C class from Earl as well. I like that he programmed his personal cell phone into both vehicles in case either of us had any questions down the road. The free car washes, free loaner cars, and Earl's attentive and kind service is the reason why I took the time to write this review. I thoroughly recommend Earl at Westmont Mercedes Benz. More

I just bought my first Mercedes and my first pre-owned vehicle. My salesman, Wayne Anderson, had been emailing me information about vehicles that he thought I may be interested in purchasing. It took me a while to find the car that I ended up getting, but he never gave up on me. He emailed me information on a Friday regarding a car that looked like a viable option forme. I went in on Saturday to look at it, it was exactly what I was looking for.....purchased right then. Wayne was very helpful and made the experience painless. The Mercedes SLK 280 convertible that I purchased is a 2006. It is in great condition, people who see can't believe that it is not new. For me, buying a car is about as much fun as buying a bathing suit, but Wayne helped make the experience an enjoyable one. This is also the first car that I financed and the process was quick and easy. Chris (i think that was his name)was extremely helpful and made sure that I understood each and every form (and there were many) that I was signing.
