Kim Avino is the salesperson to go with! We came in and bought the car the same day. She is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, , not pushy, she went out of her way to provide the best value and make the whole experience smooth and pleasant. She is the complete opposite of any negative connotations one might have with a car buying experience. Thanks again, Kim! More

He was arrogant, asked why I waited so long to buy and trade in my 2010 Bmw with 160,000 miles. Also said why would someone with a $1000 car be looking at a $60000 car ??? Hmm that’s about what my bmw cost when new! He had NO info on my financial situation. After I explained I was retired, had sold my business a few years ago, he proceeded to insult saying I better go talk to my accountant and see what I can afford, and whether to lease or buy!!! Didn’t seem to care rude rude rude. I’m heading out today to another Mercedes dealership! Feel bad for the salesman. He was ready to crawl under his desk! LOST SALE!!! M williams More

Brought my vehicle in for some warranty repairs, they charged the warranty but the problem never was fixed, I took my vehicle to a different dealer, they told me the work was never done, the other dealer corrected the problem, took my paperwork to the crooks at Westmont dealer and showed them both paperwork, from the other dealer and their dealer both paperwork for the same repair that was never done by them. They simply said the other dealer made a mistake and refused to admit that they never actually did any work to my car. I attached both paper work in an email and sent it to Mercedes USA and reported them to Mercedes warranty and BBB. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!!! More
Do not buy a used car from this dealership they are crooks After 2 1/2 months I finally found the car which met my specifications! I bought a used Mercedes SL from Westmont Mercedes! Then on fifth day I receiv After 2 1/2 months I finally found the car which met my specifications! I bought a used Mercedes SL from Westmont Mercedes! Then on fifth day I received an ABC suspension failure! Since I'm from St. Louis I took the Mercedes to a dealership here and I instantly contacted the james bloom Who sold me in the car. He said There was nothing he can do about it and we he wished me luck .(The St. Louis dealership which I took it to immediately told me it would take $3950,, and they discovered as additional problem) Westmont Mercedes is an AutoNation subsidiary . Now AutoNation has this five days 250 miles policy you could turn it back in no questions asked! In addition AutoNation has this 125 point inspection/reconditioning! Westmont Mercedes is in breach of that agreement .I contacted james bloom again and then went to his senior manager. Still no luck and they quickly started ignoring me. After contacting AutoNation I finally got Westmont to start talking to me again! This went on for several months. Westmont Mercedes was willing to take the car back after nearly 3 months! I told them NO! for various reasons.(Including insurance settlements, taxes and, and the upgrades I made to the car, to go out and look for car all over again etc) Thoughout this time I was willing to go up to Chicago to have the repairs at their dealership..they wouldn't bite.Al Leon Westmont even said well this suspenion just all the sudden popped up(bad luck on my part) I know it wasn't the case because I contacted the previous owner! He had the very same issue. Finally ,I was willing to settle for $1950 because I really didn't want to sue them in court! I've tried to work with them! I guess I will not be ignored much longer I am going to sue them! I have never been treated so badly by the dishonorable crooks people at Westmont Mercedes. Beware in buying a used car from them. If they can treat me like this for a stinking $1950, when the dealership brings in millions of dollars what can they do to you?. oh They made a minimum of $6000 of my car! More

When i requested a higher person to help me i received the same low servise . They just want to charge you money . My car was under 20.000 miles and not even 2 years brand new and they refused to cover a diffective piece which it was cover under warranty. The worst I heard it was this : today it’s Valent Day and we have to go ... come another day . My problem was solved by Mercedes customer servise and of course i reported everything.
