Perhaps this dealership is not for service of commercial vehicles. Very poor time manner of pick up service even thou with scheduled exact day and time appointment. Very disappointed with the service! Disaster! We wanted to buy a vehicle from them,have everything confirmed and approved they even did some discount for us, without asking for that,the Disaster! We wanted to buy a vehicle from them,have everything confirmed and approved they even did some discount for us, without asking for that,they send emails and called us about this car,but we still thinking, when we decided to come and buy,they said we cannot do financing, which was actually already approved ,but after of hours waiting they just said go home we will contact you and hours later no info,I called them back and was ignored, but finally received a call and was told that financing not approved (which is strange)as we never had problems with that before!So,long story short, they just decided not to sell a car to us, for no reason and explanation!So, highly do not recommend to buy vehicles from them, as their service is very poor and not customer oriented!!!! I spent 17 months trying to resolve a refund of my prior extended warranty coverage purchased from the dealer on a trade in. Even after they sent me the forms to receive a refund, to date I have received z extended warranty coverage purchased from the dealer on a trade in. The lack of responsiveness is so unprofessional, especially have purchased 3 new vehicles from here since 2011. Never again. More
