The service manager Xavier John met with me saw the scratch on the car - he disagreed with me that it was the dealership's responsibility. The scratch that happened during reversing the car was a result of the rear view camera not working properly. The camera was not working properly because the license plate that the dealership had installed, was blocking the opening of the lid over the rear view camera. - My plea with the dealership is that it is their responsibility and they should fix it - Xavier John while not taking responsibility assured me that he would call the body shops the dealership uses and get back to me with possible discount on the work - I am willing to compromise but Xavier has not called me back and has not responded to two voice messages I have left on his phone - This is unprofessional. they are treating me as if I have COVID. - I have been trying to resolve this issue for approximately two months
