Mercedes-Benz of Westmont in IL has worse customer service ever. One of our problem is no-one return calls. I called million times, left messages and no one return my calls. Tried to get a help throug service ever. One of our problem is no-one return calls. I called million times, left messages and no one return my calls. Tried to get a help through operation - she just keep transferring my calls to answer machine. We leased the car and we stuck with this dealership for 3 years :( What happen to MB quality of service. Complete lack of honesty and integrity. Incredibly disappointing experience and would expect more from Mercedes. After working with Jim, used car salesman, we had agreed on the car we would come in to disappointing experience and would expect more from Mercedes. After working with Jim, used car salesman, we had agreed on the car we would come in to test drive and buy. While his responses via text showed energy and "yes" to everything, it was the failure of honesty and transparency that showed in the end. Even as I chatted with him "On my way", to get the car, he responds with eager response. Upon arrival, Jim naively plays dumb as if he didn't know what car we were there to get (interesting as he personally sent me the pictures and the details of the specific car) and then says "oh that car sold already", I've got another one that we can fit your needs. I'm thinking "what the heck is this 1984.....used car bait and switch?" I thought he was joking until I realized this guy just doesn't get it. If you want honesty, integrity and someone who can communicate, do yourself a favor and simply look elsewhere. It was so bad, I thought hidden cameras were going to come out and we were on a prank show. More

There is hair everywhere! We received a loaner car that is utterly filthy!! I’m not talking about the run of the mill crumbs, mud or finger prints. There is hair everywhere! It looks like the car hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. In this current climate where we are washing hands and wearing masks I don’t know how a responsible company much less one committed to excellence in customer service could provide such a dirty car to a customer while asking them to spend $10K in repairs. We had a scheduled appointment so the loaner car should have been cleaned the night before. The only reason I would patronize this service department is because the problem is beyond my regular mechanic. Shame on them! More

Great experience! I worked with Michael Moran who negotiated everything with me over the phone/email so all I had to do was walk in and pick up the car. Michael was professional and courteous and ma negotiated everything with me over the phone/email so all I had to do was walk in and pick up the car. Michael was professional and courteous and made me feel completely comfortable. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was great! Still loving my new Mercedes. I would recommend this dealership and highly recommend working with Michael. More

Went in at around 7 pm, test drove with Jeff and did a walk around, Jeff was a nice guy relaxed and not pushy or aggressive. Long story short, I was in and out in about an hour, great service, everyone at the dealership had a great personality and the experience was fun and to the point. I'd recommend MB Westmont to all of my friends and family in a heartbeat, truly the way car buying should be. Thanks guys we love our new ride. More
