There may be inventory issues, but to offer someone an allocation and wait until they complete their build to fleece them for an extra 10k is just bad business. Sylvia had no less than 5 chances to be up front and honest about charging over sticker, but chose to wait until I had my entire family at the dealership to finish the build. When I called them on it I was told both "you should have known" as well as "I'm sorry we didn't tell you up front". On the phone the evening before when I asked about the details I was even told it would be sticker. Charging through the market is a dealers prerogative, hiding the intent until you're ready to sign on the dotted line is just plain shady. When it comes to the best or nothing with Mercedes-Benz of Westmont, it's nothing, and will continue to be for me. I went down the road a few miles to Mercedes Benz of Naperville and got the exact same allocation with the build I wanted for sticker. No hassle, no surprises. More

Kelli is fantastic - she cares BUT AS I HAVE MENTIONED MANY TIMES BEFORE THE RECEPTION WHEN YOU FIRST DRIVE YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE IS AWFUL! There has to be a better way to acknowledge customers. You stand by your car like a fool until someone decides to come out of their glass box, and then they don't know who is next. This was my first time to the Autonation Mercedes dealership in Westmont. I wanted to provide specifics on why I rated this dealership so low. Some of these the below seem a little picky, but as a dealership in Westmont. I wanted to provide specifics on why I rated this dealership so low. Some of these the below seem a little picky, but as a luxury car dealership, customers feel like they are receiving high-end service 1) I had to wait to be serviced. Specifically, when I drove my car into the service dept., employees would walk on by and not stop to inquire why I was there or tell me someone would be right there. After standing around for sometime, a gentleman finally helped. 2) When I was checking out for the loaner car, I was told that I had to pay for each I-pass toll and fill up the tank before I brought it back. I was shocked since I had both a Volvo and an Infinity prior and they had those small services included. 3) No offer of water / coffee / pastries- no offer of any beverage or sweets that were laid out for customers. Again, most luxury car dealership have these extra touches. 4) Tacky signs - there was a tacky sign hand written about not taking the loaner car our of state and a sign that said do not take the pens. Not the look or feel at a luxury car dealership. 5) Waited about 15 minutes for the car to be pulled around once completed from service. The car never came out. When I went back into the dealership they had put my keys away and told me only 1 employee was working so it was taking awhile. Next service, I will drive an extra 10 minutes to go to a different dealership. I hope management reads this, because this is not directed at the employees - it seems this is mostly management not knowing the environment on how to service their customers. More
