Appreciate able to service car same day, Kelli was very thorough and courteous. When car returned had been washed with spotless windows, a nice bonus. thorough and courteous. When car returned had been washed with spotless windows, a nice bonus. More
Kelli is fantastic - she cares BUT AS I HAVE MENTIONED MANY TIMES BEFORE THE RECEPTION WHEN YOU FIRST DRIVE YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE IS AWFUL! There has to be a better way to acknowledge customers. You MANY TIMES BEFORE THE RECEPTION WHEN YOU FIRST DRIVE YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE IS AWFUL! There has to be a better way to acknowledge customers. You stand by your car like a fool until someone decides to come out of their glass box, and then they don't know who is next. I only come here because it is close, but I am seriously considering finding another dealership that might care about its clients. More
Service at this dealership was fine. The problem was getting into the service area because the Audi dealership next door had a truck in the way. getting into the service area because the Audi dealership next door had a truck in the way. More
This was my first time to the Autonation Mercedes dealership in Westmont. I wanted to provide specifics on why I rated this dealership so low. Some of these the below seem a little picky, but as a luxury car dealership, customers feel like they are receiving high-end service 1) I had to wait to be serviced. Specifically, when I drove my car into the service dept., employees would walk on by and not stop to inquire why I was there or tell me someone would be right there. After standing around for sometime, a gentleman finally helped. 2) When I was checking out for the loaner car, I was told that I had to pay for each I-pass toll and fill up the tank before I brought it back. I was shocked since I had both a Volvo and an Infinity prior and they had those small services included. 3) No offer of water / coffee / pastries- no offer of any beverage or sweets that were laid out for customers. Again, most luxury car dealership have these extra touches. 4) Tacky signs - there was a tacky sign hand written about not taking the loaner car our of state and a sign that said do not take the pens. Not the look or feel at a luxury car dealership. 5) Waited about 15 minutes for the car to be pulled around once completed from service. The car never came out. When I went back into the dealership they had put my keys away and told me only 1 employee was working so it was taking awhile. Next service, I will drive an extra 10 minutes to go to a different dealership. I hope management reads this, because this is not directed at the employees - it seems this is mostly management not knowing the environment on how to service their customers. More

It's baffling this is a Mercedes-Benz dealer. The volume of un-returned voice mails and emails ... is just stunning. For a "luxury" car dealer, they offer very budget service - especially the finance depar of un-returned voice mails and emails ... is just stunning. For a "luxury" car dealer, they offer very budget service - especially the finance department. The only time I get service is from the General Manager. 1) To reach the dealership, I had to fly. To hold the car for me, the salesrep Kim Avino asked me to sign a purchase agreement and send a scan of it back. After flying and taking an Uber to the dealer, I was presented with a new purchase agreement with another $149 charge. (This violates consumer law.) I protested but eventually paid. Only after complaining to the General Manager was I refunded. 2) My paperwork didn't reach the title processing company until just prior to my 30-day temporary tag expiration. So I spent a couple of weeks driving on expired tags. I left multiple voice mails and sent multiple emails requesting status and information. The only time anyone returned my calls is if I left a voice mail for the general manager. 3) The dealer overcharged me ~$400 for my Missouri sales taxes. It's been over 2 months since the purchase and over 2 weeks since I got my license plates. But I have no idea when they will refund me the overcharge. I've emailed and called about this - again, no responses. 4) The dealership did me the courtesy of retrieving the cargo cover from the prior owner. That's the only thing keeping this from a one-star review. Perhaps they are kinder and more responsive to local buyers. But if you're an out-of-state buyer, I would avoid the hassle here. The lack of customer service is not worth the travel. More
