Purchased a 2018 VW and the brake rotors were damaged and the car shook horribly when decelerating from highway speeds. Which I noticed on my way back on a 100 mile trip home. I absolutely love this dealership. One of the reasons I'm on my 3rd lease (car) as well as own an SUV, is the phenomenal service provided. My most recent visit didn't go as well....obtaining a loaner vehicle on my 3rd lease (car) as well as own an SUV, is the phenomenal service provided. My most recent visit didn't go as well....obtaining a loaner vehicle during service is much longer now (that part is understandable, and I'm willing to overlook) however, the Service specialist used to be able to give you the loaner and I would be out the door in a matter of minutes. This time, to drop my car, and then go to another office (and another service tech) took over a half hour to drop my car. Again, I think this dealership is truly above and beyond, but I wanted to express my frustration with this new 2-step process that they've put in place.
