I have tried calling and reached a mailbox by the name of “Eric”. Never heard anything back. If you really cared about your customers I should have heard something back by now regarding this matter as it is quite serious. However, silence speaks volumes. Other buyers should be weary and know who they are dealing with before getting too far into any purchases.

Still nothing back. Seems like the reply is in the hope of customers not following through. When they do, they are still ignored. So far the whole experience with this dealership screams “scam” and “theft”!

Thank you for your response but if you go through all my experiences which I have detailed above - I would rather take my business and my referrals elsewhere. I am also going to take this up with multiple soundboards at Mercedes as the experience at this dealership has been my worst this far.
