This dealership treated me like trash. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years. My lease was up and yes my credit was much different now and it’s A+ and was upfront with that. My salesper I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years. My lease was up and yes my credit was much different now and it’s A+ and was upfront with that. My salesperson assured me that I’ve never missed a payment and Mercedes never turn repeat customers without payment problems. They gave me the runaround for 3 months saying my score is so low and I provide everything the finance guy asked which never once called me back, emailed to say he received but never returned my calls. Then for the saleswoman to call and say sorry I can’t get approved. Went to another dealership and was approved by ally financial within minutes. I’m confused and yes it’s another Mercedes. I love the brand but those clowns wanted to sell my car because of the worth and justice will ve served More

Modern, clean show room with each employee encountered professional, welcoming and helpful. My salesman had everything ready and waiting to accomplish the "dance" of seeing, inspecting, questioning and finally purchasing a nearly new used vehicle. Though no follow-up will occur until my return in March, if the experience at purchase is repeated at follow-up to address a minor issue, I can honestly report complete satisfaction.
