My review is based on my last, very disappointing service experience with a service representative, Kelli. She handled the service with ignorance and rudeness. First of all, the issue I brought the car in fo experience with a service representative, Kelli. She handled the service with ignorance and rudeness. First of all, the issue I brought the car in for was NEVER FIXED(!) I brought my car for a possible coolant leak that started after a previous service of replacing a coolant reservoir, which I believe should be still a warranty repair. I left the shop week later and the same day got an indication on the dashboard, "top the coolant". Instead, after the diagnostic( on MONDAY), Kelli informed me about other leeks of fuel and steering power. I authorized the repairs BUT after specifically asking her if the parts were in stock and how long it would take. She said parts were in stock and it would take 2 days. SHE LIED(!). Even worse, she kept avoiding my calls and ignoring my multiple requests, via voice messages and talking to other representatives, utill THURSDAY afternoon before informing me ( via text!) that the parts had just arrived. Still, she did not bother to inform me when I could expect the repair to be done- until Friday after my complain. When I was finally picking my car on Saturday, she brought my bill and was in the room while I was paying my bill but turned her back on me, pretending to not see me. She had not even one word of apology. BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL! More
