My service was handled by Kelli Christensen. She had sent me 4 e-mails but said she didn't know anything about the scheduled service as the e-mails are sent by Mercedes. She then entered my service info on her computer and entered in the wrong service to my vehicle. I caught it and told her it she entered the wrong service. She said it had this is what's entered, check and said this is the wrong service. This was a very good service department but if I hadn't been nosey in my appointment, I'd be coming back twice for the right service. She was not at all helpful.. More

Absolutely great Service. Made it feel like home. The only reason to drive a Mercedes is the after sale service. Though the charges are higher, but It’s worth it to drive this Made it feel like home. Valarie Campo was very attentive to my needs. She communicated to me the delays with the service performed on my car. The technician informed her there was a possibility that the service would She communicated to me the delays with the service performed on my car. The technician informed her there was a possibility that the service would not be completed that day and; I would have to come back the next day. I informed Valarie that I would not be able to come back. She went to speak with the technician and returned to tell me I would get my car that day, When My car was ready, she helped me take my packages to the car. I really appreciate what she did for me. Great job!!! More
