I brought my car in for the recall. Was bounced around to 4 different people before someone was able to help. Useless service dept. 2nd time I leave them my car to fix a sensor problem. Nothing is done. On top of that, the breaks on my car are sounding like a garbage truck, even t 2nd time I leave them my car to fix a sensor problem. Nothing is done. On top of that, the breaks on my car are sounding like a garbage truck, even though I only have 6k miles on them. I asked them to change, after days of keeping the car. They said they couldn't replicate the problem. I even made videos. The breaks are so loud I literally have people turn and look when I drive past. I came to pick the car up after about of week of "Service" and had to wait almost 40min for them to "wash it" which is honestly the only thing they did.... Service like that makes me want to STAY AWAY from Mercedes as a Brand in general. More
