I went to this dealership and because they called me to come in and look at a car. I drove 1 hour through LA traffic to get there because he told me that I needed to get down there so I rushed. I told him before that I was pre-approved and any downpayment was ok. When I sat down to fill the paperwork they said the car was sold! NEED I SAY ANYTHING MORE ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP?????????????????????????????? AFTER THIS, I NEVER GOT A SORRY OR WHAT THEY CAN DO TO FIX THE PROBLEM. NICE DEALERSHIP!!! NOT More
I would like to thank you for your leadership since without it my experience this week at the above referenced dealership would most assuredly not have been possible. I know that employees act in acco without it my experience this week at the above referenced dealership would most assuredly not have been possible. I know that employees act in accordance with the way they are expected to from their management team(s) and as such you have two (2) employees worthy of your recognition because they exemplify what Mercedes Benz is all about. Phil Carreon, Service Manager and Tina Barela, Sales Associate - are amazing for different situations but the same core principal values. I'll be brief.... Tina has sold my husband and I 3 cars over the past 9 years. Recently, I was thinking of trying out BMW. Since I've been a Mercedez driver since 1993 I thought a change might be good. Tina understood my position and what turning 50 meant to me.... She knew I needed something more "fun" and younger feeling than the E350's I'd been accustomed to... I wanted sporty, economical, "zippy" to put it as plainly as I can. She turned me on to a C250 and Wow.... completely surprised and delighted.... More importantly though, a relationship has been developed with Tina that goes far beyond "car purchases" - she is my friend... she is my husbands friend and we would not buy a car without her. She has become our trusted advisor when it comes to car purchases and she deserves every bit of recognition you can give her as I am certain she fosters what you require from your staff and then some. Phil Carreon is someone I've seen both at your dealership in W.Covina as well as the Walters Riverside dealership... I have had minimal and brief encounters with him until a recent event. Boiled down, Phil is amazing. Not only did he answer my questions and help me to better understand my new vehicle... he made me genuinely feel like I was talking to a friend and in his "service department" it felt like being at a family gathering where everyone knows your name... all are smiling..... eager to help both me and him and I just couldn't get over how much time he took with me without making me feel like an imposition. Our meeting was less than 30 minutes but every minute was valuable information. Phil is kind, smart, professional and wise beyond his years. He even went so far as to help me figure out my new cell phone while we were waiting for others to get back to him with information. I couldn't believe how caring this individual was. He loves his job... he loves people... he loves life and it shows.... I have been taking my car for service to Walters in Riverside (even though I always purchase from Tina in W. Covina) - but quite honestly I will now take my car for service to the W. Covina dealership even though a slightly further drive from my office - because I trust Phil. Thanks for LISTENING! More

I really appreciated her no pressure sales methods and walked away with a smile on my face knowing that I got a great deal. I would definitely recommend Tina at Penske to any people interested in a Mercedes. More
I was called by Marcus Armendariz regarding his client wanted to buy a 2009 C300 in my color, therefore, they were wondering if I can bring in the car and get it appraised. Then he went on saying that wit wanted to buy a 2009 C300 in my color, therefore, they were wondering if I can bring in the car and get it appraised. Then he went on saying that with my help, he can get me into a new C250 and lower my monthly payment for my current lease. I went there few days after and they not only did not even bother inspect or appraise my car, he dragged me to see James Chen, who I originally got the lease from in 2009, which I was very unhappy with the first time, I got this car. James went on talking about this crazy new deal that he can give me on the new C250, however, his quote were so bad that the cars msrp is even higher than my C300 back in 2009. The lease quote was so bad that it also requires me to pay even more down payment to get my current lease lower than right now. James was pushy and dishonest, never will I buy or lease another vehicle through him. It was a waste of my time and my mileage going to that stupid dealer, my conclusion is the last time, I will got to that dealer is when I return this car at the end of my lease. More

Even after purchase, Tina and Stacey continued to provide great service by going through all of my car's capabilities and ran through them with me; further, making sure I knew how to operate all of the functions in my new car by demonstration. I had the pleasure of working with Fadi Hijazi. From the moment I submitted a request for more information on the internet, Fadi was there to answer all the questions I had. Fadi was completely honest with me and answered every question I had. My schedule is pretty bad and Fadi even came in on his day off to take care of some paper work because that was the only day I could make it. In short Fadi is an awesome sales guy and made my experience better than I could have imagined. I purchased this car for my birthday and when I came to pick it up, it was picture perfect and even had a bow on it! I love Penske mercedes and Fadi even more. When I purchase another Mercedes it will be from Fadi at Penske! I hope to revisit Fadi at Penske in about 6-8months to purchase another car!! More
I recently purchased a brand new 2012 ML350 Mercedes Benz. I’ve been driving Mercedes for years and never thought of going to Penske due to the bad reviews I’ve heard about their service center. I purchase all my cars near the beach and have always had a good experience sales and service. I have a good friend who recently leased a car from Tina and told me to check her out and to give Penske a chance. Since I live so close I thought why not. With that said, Tina probably has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and I would rank her right up there with the Ritz Carlton without a doubt. Price wise she’s pretty close to others minus a few hundred, but totally worth the experience! If you want the best car buying experience go see Tina!! More

Fadi, my salesman, was upfront with the pricing right away, with no gimmicks or strings attached. He's very patient, and is always willing to negotiate a fair price. This is my 3rd Mercedes purchased from Penske through Fadi, and if you're strongly considering getting a good deal and excellent service, I would highly recommend you start by asking for Fadi. More
