This is my 14th new car and this was my best experience ever I've been going to this dealership for 5 years now all the way from Santa Monica (32 miles away) to take my last 2 Mercedes for service with Jeremy Wa I've been going to this dealership for 5 years now all the way from Santa Monica (32 miles away) to take my last 2 Mercedes for service with Jeremy Wang who in my opinion is the most professional and honest service manager there is. Because of this (and her great reviews) I decided to see Tina about leasing a 2015 C-Class Sport model, and after we talked she said it would be better to order it the way I wanted and that it would arrive right before my lease was up. She is one of the nicest and most professional sales managers I have ever met, she made sure that I was kept up to date on when the car was to arrive. The day I picked up the car she was not feeling well so I was helped by her sales partner Stacey who made the final process fast and easy and is also a very nice person. I am looking forward to seeing them again in 3 years when I lease my next Mercedes. More

I had called to find out hours for stopping by to see their smart car. I had given my name to the salesman, but not my phone number. But by caller id they got my number and kept calling me back about onc their smart car. I had given my name to the salesman, but not my phone number. But by caller id they got my number and kept calling me back about once a week. I considered that to be invasive considering that I had not given them my number, but only spoken with a salesman. Sometimes it was the salesman who called and left a voicemail, sometimes the sales manager. In the end, I fell in love with a different car and bought it. They just happened to call again while I was signing the papers for the other car of my choice. I told them I had decided on a different car. The man, who said he was a sales manager, became very aggressive with many personal questions. What did you buy? How much did you pay? etc. etc. But the worst thing was that he started insulting me. He said "You're going to be sorry that you bought that car ! You won't be happy with that car !" Wow. The minute he found out that I had bought a car elsewhere, he went into a split personality, and became an attacker. If such a person is allowed to work at this dealership, I wonder if the management generally have hidden aggression that could pop at any moment. Certainly, I do not recommend calling them. If you are really interested in a car there, go in person, but do not give out your personal data to them unless you really want a particular car there. More
