Rotten dealership for a luxury brand They only serve people who is gonna bleed their wallet at their dealers. We went to return a 3 years leasing GLC, after confirming the Saturday visit They only serve people who is gonna bleed their wallet at their dealers. We went to return a 3 years leasing GLC, after confirming the Saturday visit for returned service only, Ronald who was the contact dealer, who doesn't have any coordinate skills, when he learned or finally realized that we have no intention to lease or buy another vehicle (which we told him clearly during the pre-arrival text), let us waiting for nothing but only excuses says returning a lease can only be done during M-F. What a xx right? And he has no intention to apology on his text that agreed us to come on Saturday for returning the lease, just argue that the rules had just changed. Other staffs there basic couldn't get the ball rolling, they only tried to bounce us in the air so we were like idiots wasting time for nothing can be efficiently done. Finally a dealer who know how to do a business, came to offer his help and it only took 5 mins to get the returning process done. Just this one visit we can confidently know that Mercedes-Benz of West Covina is a xxxxhole you want to avoid to deal with. More
Made an appointment with Erick to check out a GLE AMG 43. When arrived Erick was busy and told another salesman, I believe his name was shaheem, to help us. Upon waiting for over an hour, they couldn’t find the car. The car is available online and Erick verified that it was there in stock. Spoke to sales manager Ray and he gave us the run around that he has “plenty” available. He came back and said that the inventory is in Utah. I then asked to speak to the GM Darren. The sales manager said if we can find him... after walking away and getting into my car, GM showed up and said it’s showing in inventory but sent five people to find it and no where to be found. He said someone might’ve stole it. I understand that things happen but they could’ve dealt with us a little better by not giving the run around. I wasted my time making an appointment and drove 40 miles to this dealership. This is supposed to be a luxury top of the line brand and this is the way you treat your customers...... just be aware before heading to this dealership. My family will definitely be taking our business else where. More

William refused saying that it only comes with service. I believe if one visits the service dept for any reasons customers should be provided with service. This is my third unsatisfactory visit with this dealer's service dept. I will visit other service dept from now on. I'm very disappointed with this dealer's service dept. They should live up to their name. Service is worse than other non luxury car dealers. More

I don't trust many people with my vehicle but Miles is someone who I can trust and understands the quirks and attention to detail of auto enthusiasts like my self and others who have recommended him to me. I used to take my previous vehicle to him and continuing with my recently purchased vehicle. I have always had a great experience taking my vehicle for routine maintenance but my most recent visit was for another reason. I purchased a CPO vehicle from an out-of-town MB dealership in Oct 2017 and found out that the vehicle had irregular inner shoulder wear on the 2 front tires after only driving about 2,000 miles. Clearly the tires were irregularly worn at the time of purchase or the vehicle was sold with bad alignment as the ply cords were showing on one of the tires. I had a hard time getting the attention of the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from and once I did make contact, they were slow to help resolve the matter, which was a dangerous situation. After some frustration, I called upon Miles to explain the situation and he quickly went into action to resolve this issue. The selling dealer eventually agreed and followed through on paying for a pair of new tires and a realignment (work was completed at Penske) but Miles already had approval to resolve the matter at no cost to me even when they didn't sell the vehicle. Thank you Miles and Penske for continuing to treat me as a valued customer. More
Service is very poor, salesperson lies to customer. I bought car on Aug. The salesperson said schedule service is free for 10K miles. I waited a long time, the lady told me the service is not free. Service is very poor,service fee is very high. Feel cheated. More
