I purchased my Mercedes before the new owners and had the BEST experience. I called a few months ago because my lease was up. I spoke with the general mgr and he PROMISED to call me back in 5 minutes. Never BEST experience. I called a few months ago because my lease was up. I spoke with the general mgr and he PROMISED to call me back in 5 minutes. Never heard from him. My son and I are both looking to lease 2 new vehicles as our leases are up. I got one letter saying they would save me $137 a month and the next month I get the exact same letter stating I now would be paying $45 OVER my current payment. Don,t they pay attention to these reviews? What a shame. I wish I could find the salesperson from before. Todd the sales manager doesn't respond to anything. More

He Sales managers insults their customers This a complaint against Tao Zhu a Sales manager at Mercedes Benz West Covina. He is very unprofessional. He is arrogant and rude. He insulted my wife when my wife was asking questions trying to understand her options about leasing or buying. My wife was talking to her friend on the phone for advice for her buying or leasing decision. He started mocking my wife for asking her friends for advice and laughed at my wife's face while doing so. After getting insulted, we decided to leave. As we were leaving, my wife was holding on to the papers with the cars Information and leasing and purchasing information that the sales associate gave us when he grab those papers away from my wife's hand saying these are not yours. My wife had already decided to get a new Mercedes Benz today. She loves Mercedes benz. It's her dream car. Getting the car today was a sure thing. The only question was whether to buy or lease. Tao Zhu's unprofessionalism, arrogance and rudeness made sure that we will never do business with Mercedes Benz West Covina again. More
Charging $65,000 OVER MSRP for a SUV. Yes…you read it right. $65,000 ABOVE MSRP. The same SUV was $40,000 over MSRP weeks ago. Now their runaway greed has pushed it to $65,000. Because of the shortage of right. $65,000 ABOVE MSRP. The same SUV was $40,000 over MSRP weeks ago. Now their runaway greed has pushed it to $65,000. Because of the shortage of cars. Folks need to remember this when this pandemic and supply shortage is over. There are so many dealers. Don’t ever shop here again. Punish them later. This isn’t my fabrication. Have proof in writing. Got a call from a service assistant because the car has a recall and I have a service due for free, when u showed up to dealer ship they told me I didn’t qualified for a loaner which I always get a loaner. S recall and I have a service due for free, when u showed up to dealer ship they told me I didn’t qualified for a loaner which I always get a loaner. So the guy was in charge of my car wanted me to get a service of $2,300. I told him i didn’t want to get that service so he told me I wasn’t going to get a loaner and I decided not to leave my car. Just a waste of time. Is not the first time I have an issue at that dealership. More
Horrible negotiating techniques So deceptive! ”Sales Manager” supposedly got me this good deal and made me even sign the deal he got me after 3 hours of negotiation! After I was ready to sign paperwork Manager” supposedly got me this good deal and made me even sign the deal he got me after 3 hours of negotiation! After I was ready to sign paperwork with the finance department, he came back adding an extra 2k on the final price he had already given me and made me sign! These guys made me drive 2 hours saying they were going ti help me out get the best deal etc etc and they just screwed me over didn’t respect the final price the manager gave me and made me sign and just wasted my whole day with them! This is unacceptable coming from Mercedes Benz! I have done business with MBSD and MBEscondido and never had this such ridiculously experience! I expected more from an “sales manager” to take accountability of his word and his final number and not make people waste their time! smh i hope this message reaches Mercedes Benz USA or at least the General Manager of this place and does something about this horrible experience More

Make sure you go in knowing what you want and be ready to haggle. They tried to low-ball me on my trade in but I know my car's value so was able to negotiate a much better offer. Also check your paperwork, w haggle. They tried to low-ball me on my trade in but I know my car's value so was able to negotiate a much better offer. Also check your paperwork, when signing the contract I caught an extra $850ish added to the loan and upon questioning they gave a generic excuse that the bank needed me to purchase the tire warranty to protect their asset. I know a lot about cars and I know th bank doesn't give a xxxx if I have a fire warranty. Was able to negotiate my interest rate from 14% down to 8% as well. Just come prepared for the negotiations and paperwork but as far as cara though they had a great selection and the used car I purchased is in excellent shape. More
