I have been coming to Envision Mercedes Benz West Covina and I love it there. I bought my GLE in 2020, and I only see Demitra Lopez for all my service. When you walk through the doors you get a bad feeling about this place. I saw sales people vaping on the floor and just sitting on their desks texting. The GM Todd is the definition of a sleezy, rude, used car salesmen. I did 2 lease deals 3 years ago with the previous GM Darren and he was a class act. Nothing bad to say about him, but whoever owns Envision group may want to consider who he has running the place. Numbers were up due to covid here and not due to the staff. I would not be surprised if the GM is gone in 3 years time he was rude and insulting during price negations. He made his own staff feel uncomfortable and he is unprofessional. They had the car colors I liked her but to prove a point we walked out and bought 2 new cars cash from MB Fletcher Jones Ontario. Don't waste your money here folks take your business elsewhere. More
Total bait and switch. Do not waste your time there. After long negotiations and agreeing on the price, they switched the price once I came to pick up the car. The fact is I was only driving local due to it being a new car and I wanted to give it full care, it was nothing wrong the first day parked in my home yard, and next day afternoon I noticed the crack that came from nowhere.... no stones or anything were found from the surrounding and not any signs from the body to indicate it might be hit .... The sales manager Ray firmly declared the windshield is not under warranty without even seeing what it was like while the sales Kaj said it might or might not be under warranty .. I was apparently upset, not expecting to pay over $50k for a brand new vehicle that cracks within 1 week... Both the sales and service excuse them to be regular happenings, but none of my other cars over a decade had crack like this... It made me recall the sale date when they rushed me to driver off the car even already late night with me paying just a deposit, while some minor dings in the front were claimed to be fixed first . After signing the docs, they asked me to drive it off that night and schedule the service some other day... I can not tell if the windshield has been defective since the beginning, but just I did not notice, and I could not see it at all at late night on the sales date when they rushed me to drive off. I would have never expected I would be so upset because of buying a new car, and a benz, which should have been a happy thing...... No apologies, no compensation, but kicking the ball to the service that kicks back to the sales...... I'd rather keep my old BMW instead of trading in with them... More
