Best hour and a half wait ever I stopped by after work one day to get a couple sensors checked out. Upon giving my keys to the employees, I went inside to find out it would be about I stopped by after work one day to get a couple sensors checked out. Upon giving my keys to the employees, I went inside to find out it would be about an hour and a half until my car was ready and I wasn’t too happy about it. I asked Gregory if I could take a look around the dealership and admire some amazing cars. I was greeted by a few sales associates asking if I needed any help. Eric saw me looking at the amg gt and approached me and we started talking and he gave me a tour of the property. That Hour and a half flew by as we talked about my car and all of the other cars that Mercedes has to offer. Overall amazing experience. More

Competent service and Disappointing Follow theough Service was performed well and timely. Upon picking up my car, I was told that Nitrogen was added to my tires which surprised me. I called back that Service was performed well and timely. Upon picking up my car, I was told that Nitrogen was added to my tires which surprised me. I called back that day with some questions and no one followed up. I received a follow up email asking if I was satisfied and I asked for info and got no response. I sent a follow up a week later and no response. Very disappointing. I have only had my vehicle serviced at this dealer. More
