I consider them family because they truly care and treat my Mercedes as if it were there own. I have been a customer for over 15 yrs and know very well several of the employees. They are truly an asset to the company and Mercedes should be very proud of their professional team.Craig Muelbach has been my service advisor for years and has gone above and beyond for me as well as Matthew Gunn, and Mike in the collision dept as well as Briheem Adger in the Enterprise Division. I have known Miles as well for years. Everyone at Mercedes greets you with a smile. The mechanics I trust implicitly with my life and when I drive out of Mercedes I know I have no worries. Worst dealer experience of my life Simple request, the short story is this. I needed a new key... ordered one at the dealer and Craig (service advisor) was very nice and pointed me to Simple request, the short story is this. I needed a new key... ordered one at the dealer and Craig (service advisor) was very nice and pointed me to the parts counter (on a Monday) and said I needed to order it over there. I had to provide the proper documents which I did and was told my car needed to be at the dealer. I said well I don’t have a key and was told I needed to have it towed and the key would be in 2 days. 2 days later no call, I called 3 times that day and left two messages with Craig over the course of 3 hrs... no call back, I called Mike (service manager) and left a message, no call back either so I decided to go after work (on Wednesday). I waited in front of Craig for 15 minutes as he continued to take calls and tell me he had to answer these (meanwhile I’m thinking wow, you never called me back or answered my calls). Finally Craig calls the parts people and the one half of my key arrived but not the electronic part. I asked when will that be in because I can’t start the car without it. I received an I don’t know, it’s on back order. Not even a minuscule amount of concern of me not having a car. The reason my keys were missing is because I was robbed and beaten almost to death in my own home. Not having a car at this point isn’t a priority as I’m just thankful to be alive at this point so I never got escalated with them, I just dealt with it. I called back Friday and no answer or call back again, I called Mike who shockingly answered and told me the same, it’s on back order. Let me see what I can find out, give me 20 minutes, guess what, Mike never called me back. I called again Monday and said hey Mike remember me? We spoke Friday any updates on my key? Nope, no updates, I was just told about how busy they are... I let it go, I waited 3 weeks with not one update on my key at all until it finally came in. I mean you pay 400.00 for a key and you have no car and the people at the dealer have absolutely zero cares. Let’s fast forward to when I picked my key up 3 weeks later. I arrive and am told to go to parts which I did, the guy searched for 15 minutes and figured out the key was on the valet board so he send the valet to get my car which takes him 15-20 minutes and I said to Craig did the guy get lost and he replied well it’s a big parking lot. Finally I get my car, halfway home I realize Craig HAND WROTE on the key tag NO WASH which I figured out that vehicles that are serviced get a free wash. Craig specifically pointed out that I shouldn’t get one... no wash for you Mr customer who we never once called back and had to wait 3 weeks for your key, you aren’t worth the 5.00 free car wash....by the way I did pay for service, 60.00 to program my new key.... Mercedes Benz of West Chester is the sole reason I traded my car in that day, the exact day I got my key... I will never purchase another Mercedes in my life, simply because Mercedes Benz of West Chester, Craig and Mike fell short every step of the way. The Chrysler Dealer I purchased my new Jeep Grand Cherokee from was expeceptional and met my expectations every step of the way. Customer service is important, don’t worry Craig, Mike and Mercedes Benz of West Chester, you will never have an opportunity to disappointment me ever again. More

MB- WC is never condescending and never assumes that I don’t know anything about cars. I appreciate the respect. They explain the invoice thoroughly and offer options whenever possible.
