Attentive, friendly, and helpful staff Had to bring in my car for body work after being rear ended. Matt was extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance as they were asking for a lot. Understaffed Check engine light was on for 5 months, I called in several times to see if the parts was in then forgot about it meanwhile the part came in but no on Check engine light was on for 5 months, I called in several times to see if the parts was in then forgot about it meanwhile the part came in but no one called me. Then they had my car for three days with no one answering the phone to let you know when it would be done after being told it was a couple hour job. And they didn’t pick up my car needed an oil change which was pre-paid with the lease. Very disappointing. More
