20,000 mile service I brought my car in for the B service. I received a loaner car. My only complaint would be that there were a few people waiting for the loaner cars I brought my car in for the B service. I received a loaner car. After all - I transport my grandchildren in this car. Second, when I take my car to MB of West Chester I feel that they really do appreciate my business. Frustrated. Chris did a great job as my service advisor however the problem wasn’t fixed to my satisfaction. I had to bring it back 4 times. The technician who walked me through the fix agreed that it is 100% right but it is as good as he can do. I simply gave up and will have to live with it the way it is. I left this experience with questions about Mercedes Benz quality and will look to other manufacturers for my next car purchase. More
