Craig Millbaq(sp) is a con artist Never excepted this out of Mercedes! I came to check a warning message on my2017 Mercedes e300. I was greeted by Craig! I said Crag"I don't have to p Never excepted this out of Mercedes! I came to check a warning message on my2017 Mercedes e300. I was greeted by Craig! I said Crag"I don't have to pay anything do i" he said "if we do work and it's covered by the warrant then No". Craig comes back to me and says "it may be covered by warranty it may not be"! I don't even know what that means,I just wanted a yes or no answer! Craig Sucks! So I told him ok nvm I don't want to do that, let me just go on my way! Craig comes back and says "Initally I was going to charge you $325 but since we dint do any work it's only $195" I looked at Craig and asked him if he was high because I wasn't going to pay nothing and the rock means nothing! So when I told Craig "I will not pay, you told me if you worked on the car u would charge me if it wasn't covered by warranty" so then Craig with a stupid smirk on his face said to the guy "go get his car so he can get outta here" I own a couple businesses and Craig would never be able to work for me ever! Mercedes is better then this as a company! To all the other employees there please don't be like Craig because he just plain sucks at his job! N Thank you, Leo O More

Trust I was scheduled for regular service the next day when my check engine light came on. This happened a few months ago and I was concerned it was the sa I was scheduled for regular service the next day when my check engine light came on. This happened a few months ago and I was concerned it was the same problem. I called and left a message for my service rep, Matt. I arrived the next morning and they had my message and changed my service to accommodate the new item. And, they had a car waiting for me as it would not be a short call. I then found my sales rep, also Matt, and shared my concerns. He assured me and we would stay in touch. I was called later in the day and informed of problem, and a part was ordered. My car would be ready the next day. When called I returned to pick up my car. I located my sales rep, and he accompanied me to the service desk to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the final results. The customer focus is unique in today’s technical call/service center environment. I fully trust Mercedes Benz of a West Chester, PA. The people, service and products are remarkable. Thank you. More
Not a Pleasant Experience Called on a Saturday for a service appt., got voice mail. Left my name & number and a message. By Tuesday, did not hear back, so called again. Was Called on a Saturday for a service appt., got voice mail. Left my name & number and a message. By Tuesday, did not hear back, so called again. Was given a Thursday appt time and told they could diagnose the problem within one hour while I waited. Showed up on time, but was told they couldn't get to me right away (as promised), so they gave me a loaner. The problem was just to fix my satellite radio, which was inoperable. Finally got a call at the end of the day to tell me that fixing my radio would cost me $2,045 for a replacement part. I have never heard of a case where fixing a radio costs that much, and I am astonished that they don't seem to warrant their own product. Disgraceful! More
