Accident Repair Had about $1200 in accident repair work needed. Work was completed in less than 3 days and the entire experience was outstanding. The dealership is clean and the team of employees are all outstanding. I also visited with Clint while my car was being serviced. Clint is professional and he has a very nice personality. Terrible Customer Service I dropped my vehicle off for the standard service and upon picking up the vehicle and paying my $972 bill and getting into my car, I realized somethin I dropped my vehicle off for the standard service and upon picking up the vehicle and paying my $972 bill and getting into my car, I realized something wasn't working right. I informed the service manager who proceeded for about 15 minutes to convince me that I was wrong. He even offered to diagnose my car, for the low price of $140, to determine where the issue might be located. I informed him that I can't drop off my car on one day and pick it up after paying over $900 and have it in an altered working condition. He was not solution oriented at all. As a woman, I stood in that garage for 15 minutes trying to convince him that my car is not operating the way it was when I dropped it off. I finally left with no offered solution and my car not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. When I got home my husband was able to fix the problem in less than a minute. Why could the service manager not trouble shoot that problem? Instead, he proceeding to tell me I was wrong. I called the general manager who also offered no solutions to his staff's poor customer service and explained he sees no reason to compensate me for my frustrations and time lost. Bottom line, my car wasn't in the same working order when I picked it up, they belittled me over and over again trying to tell me I was incorrect, then tried to charge me to diagnose the car, and I finally drove away with a car that was not in the same working order as when I dropped it off because their solution oriented, customer oriented approach does not exist. More
