Concerns with vehicle I had scheduled an appointment to come in for service. Upon arrival they greeted me and brought me to my advisor. One advisor was talking to the clien I had scheduled an appointment to come in for service. Upon arrival they greeted me and brought me to my advisor. One advisor was talking to the client but it seemed like my advisor was just listening in. Instead of acknowledging or letting me know someone would be with me, he said to the person who brought me in ‘bro, were in the middle of something right now.” with this bothersome attitude which was not professional at all while I was standing there. I would understand if I was waiting for the next advisor however if I’m assigned one, I think that there should’ve been better communication. There were 4 advisors there with only one customer at the counter and two on the phone. I was eventually assisted by someone else who told me for a diagnostic test on my car, it would cost $195. I was never told this when I called in to schedule the appointment when I had voiced my concerns about driving my car. The dealership isn’t even close to my house. This has been far the worst experience that I’ve ever received. I’m very disappointed with the level of service that I was provided and I don’t think I’m ever going back to MB. More
Good service but better communication is needed MB of West Chester has always done a top-notch job servicing my car. That said, I had to wait approximately two weeks for an appointment this time. When I made the appointment, I was told the work would take two hours. It ended up taking 3 hours (no additional work was added from my initial phone call) and no one ever came out to let me know it was taking longer than expected and/or ask if I could wait an additional hour. The additional time made me 45 minutes late for work. :-( More

Terrible experience Terrible - my appt wasn’t in the computer. While standing at the desk, I received an email that my appt was cancelled 45 min in the future. I had to wait for a loaner. The service mgr billed me for the work when my car was under warranty. I asked the head of service to have a sales rep call me because I was interested in trading my sedan in for an SL....... no call! Lastly, I am just getting this survey. My appt was in September!!!! More

Outstanding service, and I’ve always had a great experience. I came in to have my maintenance reminder reset because I do my own oil changes, they set me up with an express service (which included a full interio I came in to have my maintenance reminder reset because I do my own oil changes, they set me up with an express service (which included a full interior and exterior cleaning of my car), and also replaced an auxiliary battery that was covered under warranty during my short visit. They always place dispossible mats and covers on the floor and seat of the car, and almost always return the vehicle CLEANER than when I dropped it off. On top of that I’ve never payed a single cent for anything I didnt feel happy about. They definitely go above and beyond to set a new standard for customer service, both on the Sales side, and the service side. I bought my 2015 E350 4matic from them and have always come back, and have been treated like family. More
Low on oil GLC 300 after driving 3,000 miles Service department checked the oils and found 1 quote lost already and top the oil level .
