Failed to diagnose or explain my issue I brought my car in for diagnosis. After a few hours they returned it without knowing what the issue was. Everyone in the service department from Mr. Strickland Craig has been my advisor for many years..he knows my car and me. It makes a big difference! Everyone in the service department from Mr. Strickland on down are seasoned Mercedes pros. Mr. Strickland's father was my first Mercedes Service Manager over 35 years ago. I've worked over the years with his brother as well. Great knowledgeable service (both customer and automotive) is in their DNA.
