Communication was not a Priority. A lot of issues w/Service. I was told vehicle wasn’t being looked @ & it had not been taken in until I called. My phone alerted me. Expensive service for an oil change and inspection…expected. A $30 charge for a two hour loaner…really? Busch league. Neither BMW nor Infiniti charge for a loaner. It seems like a petty method of making a few extra bucks for what I thought was a brand who was concerned with reputation. It’s not the $30 that gets me…it’s the practice and the fact that the charge was not mentioned when I made the appointment. My next vehicle will not be a Mercedes. More

Offered a loaner we had to rent through Enterprise. Using Enterprise was not the issue but having to waste time going through what was, essentially, renting a vehicle, was unnecessary and time consuming.
