Missed diagnosis . I brought my wife’s 2010 C300 To this dealer. The car was leaking power steering fluid. They stated that it was because the seals of the steering . I brought my wife’s 2010 C300 To this dealer. The car was leaking power steering fluid. They stated that it was because the seals of the steering box fluid reservoir were degraded And That’s recommended changing them. My wife drove the car back home and by the time she got home the fluid had emptied out again. Carr brought back, and it turned out that it was one of the high-pressure steering hose that was leaking. The hose was changed and again we were charged more money. The worst thing was that the service manager refused to believe that they did the wrong repair. He took 10% off the second incorrect repair. It was a missed diagnosis. Plain and simple More

Oil change Came in for oil change appt. Was there for 2+ hours. There was NO communication from service advisor. I had to check back 3 times. At 1.25 he told me Came in for oil change appt. The service advisor could have cared less. Turns out there was addtl work but he didnt tell me that when I checked in nor did he ask if I wanted to wait or schedule for another time. The 3rd time I asked for eta, the advisor points to a car and says is that it. Lord knows how long it had been done. Then he days he didnt charge me due to wait. I have pre-paid maintenence! Absolute worst experience I 've had. I was going to call service manager but figured he wouldnt care either, thats how your business is run, so didnt waste my time. I have had 2 BMWs. Was not treated poorly at Ottos. This is my first Benz. I would expect better. I most likely will be going to Wilm Benz for service and lease return. You lost a customer. - Disappointed More
