I normally have a good experience but when my regular rep was out of town I felt like a stranger and treated as such. I couldn’t find anyone to give me a status on my vehicle, called four times and left me was out of town I felt like a stranger and treated as such. I couldn’t find anyone to give me a status on my vehicle, called four times and left messages and no one returned my calls. Finally my wife called as asked someone for a favor to physically find someone who we could talk to about the status of my wife’s vehicle. In the end everything turned out okay a day later. More
