We had an unexpected service issue on our E350 wagon that ultimately resulted in a part needing to be ordered from Germany. In the interim, the car was considered unsafe to drive. We needed something of comparable size and quality to transport us to a vacation rental 400 miles from home. The service manager took care of our needs: arranged loaner car, told us not to worry about having it for the 3 weeks we would be away, and called to let us know when the part finally arrived and when the repairs were completed. Damian noticed my car had not been washed (after a $1,200+ brake repair) as he was bringing it out to me and offered to take care of that. Said I needed breaks but I just had breaks replaced at another Mercedes Benz dealership. Will not go there again. This is the second occurrence of this type of situation.
