Once again, your dealership did not disappoint me. I had set up an appointment because my battery light was coming on. I drive up and an employee whisks my car away. I took my GLE 350 in to have the plastic control on the sun roof replaced and they did it at no charge while I waited. The part was not under warranty, but they said it was close enough. I brought the premium package with my 2020 GLC 300 4 Matic and was less than satisfied with the explanation given to me about not have my complete navigation system. In fact I got pieces of the system. Matic and was less than satisfied with the explanation given to me about not have my complete navigation system. In fact I got pieces of the system. This explanation came from the sales manager named Steve Yorkland. I sent him a video that I got on line of what I thought was supposed to get. He said the video didn't represent what I got because it was built in Canada. My window sticker says 17% was built U.S./Canada and 58% in Germany. More
