Bought cart in fort washington two years ago. Needed inspection and oil change. They were booked so they suggested west chester. I'm glad they did because your staff was awesome. I would not recommend this dealership. We all make mistakes, but when they make a mistake they charge for their time to correct the mistake. We had an exceptionally positive experience with the Service Department at Mercedes Benz of West Chester. We purchased a certified pre-owned ML350 in 2016 and were nearing the end of our extended “CPO” Service Department at Mercedes Benz of West Chester. We purchased a certified pre-owned ML350 in 2016 and were nearing the end of our extended “CPO” warranty. We came to the dealership for one warranty-related repair. However, our service technician identified another significant issue we did not know we had and our service advisor Paul Forsythe was able to get it fixed and was able to get it covered under our warranty. Paul kept in touch with us throughout the service process and was respectful of our time . Service like what Paul provided to us is the main reason we are happy we chose Mercedes-Benz of West Chester for our transportation needs. Thank you, Paul!
