My new Mercedes Sprinter has had about 6safety recalls, dropped out of gear on rt 1, would Not go into gear several times , shifted into 4WD without me touching anything, then into low 4WD without my assis dropped out of gear on rt 1, would Not go into gear several times , shifted into 4WD without me touching anything, then into low 4WD without my assistance , the battery went dead, towed from my home at 1:00 am in the pouring rain. And yesterday again went into 4WD without my assistance and did i mention they only put about a gallon of DEF into The5resevoir. I could go on! I am sooo dissapointed ! More

I purchased my car at this dealership and have had my car serviced here for over 90% of my visits. The vehicle, a 2015 330 has a repeated issue with the coils. On 3 occasions in the last year, one or more co serviced here for over 90% of my visits. The vehicle, a 2015 330 has a repeated issue with the coils. On 3 occasions in the last year, one or more coils failed. This also happened in 2019. E car was under warranty and I was not charged for most of the visits. However, ok the last visit, I was told to replace all 6 coils at a cost of close to $1000. I indicated this is a repeated ongoing issue that should be covered. They refused and now I am considering additional steps. This dealership should have recognized the issue and made me whole. More
