This is my first Mercedes and I thought service would be excellent. No one ever says hello when I walk in. Danielle was terrible. She called me to say my part was in. When I called back I didn’t get an answer and left a message. After three days I still didn’t get a call back so I went in. She didn’t have a loaner car. She told me she would ask her manager how long it would take. I sat on the bench in the garage for almost an hour. My truck is pulled in (she did not come back to tell me that I would be waiting) and the mechanic walks in to give Danielle the keys. He comes back and and hands them to me. I ask if I need to sign anything and he says no. I start to drive away but decided to look at the work first. I notice there was still more work to be done so I ask Danielle to come outside. I show her the work and said that she was gonna tell me about it but I drove off. She told me she would call me when the part comes in. I still have not received a call from her. More
