No loaner was offered if booked appt through website anymore. I always bring my car to this dealership for last 7years. Shuttle is lyft/uber so quality of vehicle vary. Make sure to let the attendant kn anymore. I always bring my car to this dealership for last 7years. Shuttle is lyft/uber so quality of vehicle vary. Make sure to let the attendant know that you are waiting for vehicle post service. Not for the first time, I have to wait 20mins plus and found out attendant was not informed to pick up my vehicle. Service manager/reps is courteous and professional throughout. More
