Absolutely amazing! Unsatisfied with my search I decided to go to Mercedes of west Chester, upon exiting my vehicle, I was greeted by Katy! She welcomed me and my brother. Asked if we needed water or a snack. Also asked what I was interested in, I informed her of what. And she said she'd find a salesman to assist me. 1 minute later she arrives with Dan, a wonderful man who asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle. I was looking for a new C300 awd. With a few specific options, he found the information and showed me. Found a exact vehicle to test drive. Perfect in everyway possible. Comfort, quality, performance, technology. I have yet to make a purchase decision since I want to see what my options are. Though Mercedes seems to have won my heart. After a friend flipped his C 300 in an unfortunate accident. It proves to me Mercedes has a very safe vehicle to offer. I want to thank Katy, Dan & Ed. For such a wonderful experience. I will most likely be back! More
Purchased my first Mercedes-Benz with Clinton Abney I chose to go to Mercedes-Benz of West Chester because of their extensive CPO inventory. I was in the area, and soon to be in the market for a new ca I chose to go to Mercedes-Benz of West Chester because of their extensive CPO inventory. I was in the area, and soon to be in the market for a new car, so I stopped in just to see what I could do. Clinton helped me pick out vehicles in my price range, and ultimately got me into the exact GLK 350 that I was looking for after months of research. I traded in my old car as a down payment, and got a pretty fair offer, considering it was from the dealership. The manager working at the time wasn't the friendliest, but he gave me an additional $500 for my trade in, so I can't really complain too much. Clinton Abney helped me out my 23 year old, no cosigner, poor credit having-self, and I couldn't thank him enough. The customer service is excellent. The quality of my car is impeccable. I don't think I could ever go back. More

Horrific Customer Service I was looking for a used C300. I spent 3 hours at the dealer, drove a few cars but the salesman Faz said they didn't have the color I wanted. He wro I was looking for a used C300. I spent 3 hours at the dealer, drove a few cars but the salesman Faz said they didn't have the color I wanted. He wrote what I was looking for and was going to check inventory at their 3 dealerships and get back to me. The sales person Faz NEVER called me back. I searched the web site found about 5 cars that I would be interested in so I called the dealer, salesman Faz was off so I spoke to the "new car" manager. Every car that I found on the web site was not available (5 weeks later the cars are still on the web site)! The "new car" manager asked what I was looking for and he said he would check inventory and get back to me. Several days later and NO call back. I called again and spoke to the salesperson "(Faz) and he once again asked me what car I was looking to buy. He wrote down what I was looking for, said he would check inventory and call me back in about 40 minutes. I also tried to use their web site to "check availability" via email but I never received a response! I NEVER received any call backs from them so decided I would not buy a car from them if this is how I was going to be treated. So, I went across the street to the BMW dealer where the customer service was fantastic and bought a brand new BMW! More

I have always wanted to own a Mercedes and I finally had to opportunity. I decided to stop in and inquire about the inventory. The receptionist set me up with Sales Consultant Clinton Abney. I gave Mr. Abney a few ideas of what I was interested in buying. Mr. Abney was very knowledgeable throughout the selection process. He gave me great insight to features on the product I was unfamiliar with, and he was very patient throughout what can be a tough process. The negotiations with him were very fair in terms of settlement, I never felt pressured in any sense of the word. Mr. Abney's sincerity and willingness to help set him apart from other dealers in which I shopped. I would highly recommend doing business with Mr. Clinton Abney to anyone. More

Lease turn in process. Terrible service. Sales management wanted to charge an additional $350 for service that was not due when I turned in a ML350 from a 30 month, 30,000 mile lease. The car was in perfect condition and had 29,400 miles. They wanted to charge me for the 30,000 service that was obviously not due. They blamed the additional charge on the leasing company, MB Financial Sevices. Ned B the sales manager, could care less about my 13+ years as a customer or the 8 cars that I had purchased / leased and had serviced at MB of West Chester. MB Financial Services easily understood the situation simply by accessing the service records and they removed the $350 bogus charge. I have taken my sales and service business to another Mercedes Dealership. More
