My sister just moved to PA, and was not impressed by the cars she has test driven or looked at: Jaguar F-PACE, BMW X3, and even Range Rover. But Angelo was kind, made plenty of time to meet with my sister, and listen to her; test drive the car the meets her needs, and explain the many features in detail. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and made sure my sister felt confident in her decision. He made it is possible for my sister to have the car that she needs and wants, and at the right price. My sister is very happy with her new car, and is confident Mercedes Benz is the right brand for her. Thank you, Angelo!!!!! More

Worst Customer Service-And I didn't even go in I inquired at this dealership to find a car for my family and I - instead of being treated with quality customer service, I was rudely talked to as if I inquired at this dealership to find a car for my family and I - instead of being treated with quality customer service, I was rudely talked to as if I was an outsider to luxury vehicles, the worst part of this was the sales person I was speaking with Stephen B. asked me if I was in his marketplace? I live in Mt Pocono where all the Mercedes-Benz dealers are about an hour away in different directions, West Chester being one that is an hour and a half away but something I always pass on the way to drop my daughter to school on the weekends. Instead of earning my business, this salesperson has just put a bad taste in my mouth regarding the way a customer should be treated, not only at Mercedes-Benz of West Chester, but with Mercedes-Benz as a whole. It was made to seem that my money is not of value there, and truly I would like a manager to reach out to me because I would really like to know if this is how they train their employees at this dealership. Shady sales tactics and profiling ! My fiancé and I test drove a 2017 GLE coupe AMG, loved it and decided to buy. We were asked by the sales manager to put a deposit down to hold the car My fiancé and I test drove a 2017 GLE coupe AMG, loved it and decided to buy. We were asked by the sales manager to put a deposit down to hold the car for us. They took our deposit , we got approved , the sales guy Valante told me everything was ok and we were good to go. We scheduled to pick up the car on Friday from the Tuesday that we got approved. Little did we know that these people weren't gonna give us the car and nobody cared to give us a courtesy call till we were about to pick up the car. I was told there was a problem and we have to settle for a different car which much lesser than the one we wanted even tho the credit is excellent . My suspicion is these people probably sold the car at a higher price to someone and asked us to settle for something we don't want. We were very disappointed with this very unprofessional and shady tactics coupled with profiling . Watch out folks, don't deal with them. We just got our deposit back ! More

My experience with MBWC goes back to the mid '90s - which I think in its self is a testament not only to the quality of the automobiles but also to the professionalism and service offered by MBWC employees. My recent purchase of a preowned C300 exceeded expectations. After much angst, I decided it was time to trade in my beloved convertible CLK350 for a newer model car with improved technology. I wasn't sure other than wanting a preowned car this time around with low mileage, exactly what I wanted. My salesman, Faz Mehmood, was simply great! He listened carefully as I explained my dilemma, and then help me narrow the field of choices. Deciding on the C300, he researched cars on the lot and at two other dealerships until he located one that had everything I wanted. Faz walked me through the car's new technology and then patiently watched as I tried it out. I also had an equally great experience with Michael Monteiro. I believe I got a fair price on my trade in. After taking possession of my vehicle, I later noticed a couple small imperfections in the body work. Michael, without hesitation, agreed to have them repaired. He scheduled an appointment for the work to be done and arranged a loaner for me. Each time I've had an issue or concern, Michael has been immediately responsive. Both he and Faz are true professionals. I highly recommend MBWC for its outstanding customer service and be sure to ask for Faz and Michael! More

Unsatisfied with my search I decided to go to Mercedes of west Chester, upon exiting my vehicle, I was greeted by Katy! She welcomed me and my brother. Asked if we needed water or a snack. Also asked what I was interested in, I informed her of what. And she said she'd find a salesman to assist me. 1 minute later she arrives with Dan, a wonderful man who asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle. I was looking for a new C300 awd. With a few specific options, he found the information and showed me. Found a exact vehicle to test drive. Perfect in everyway possible. Comfort, quality, performance, technology. I have yet to make a purchase decision since I want to see what my options are. Though Mercedes seems to have won my heart. After a friend flipped his C 300 in an unfortunate accident. It proves to me Mercedes has a very safe vehicle to offer. I want to thank Katy, Dan & Ed. For such a wonderful experience. I will most likely be back! More

Purchased my first Mercedes-Benz with Clinton Abney I chose to go to Mercedes-Benz of West Chester because of their extensive CPO inventory. I was in the area, and soon to be in the market for a new ca I chose to go to Mercedes-Benz of West Chester because of their extensive CPO inventory. I was in the area, and soon to be in the market for a new car, so I stopped in just to see what I could do. Clinton helped me pick out vehicles in my price range, and ultimately got me into the exact GLK 350 that I was looking for after months of research. I traded in my old car as a down payment, and got a pretty fair offer, considering it was from the dealership. The manager working at the time wasn't the friendliest, but he gave me an additional $500 for my trade in, so I can't really complain too much. Clinton Abney helped me out my 23 year old, no cosigner, poor credit having-self, and I couldn't thank him enough. The customer service is excellent. The quality of my car is impeccable. I don't think I could ever go back. More
