Frustrated. Chris did a great job as my service advisor however the problem wasn’t fixed to my satisfaction. I had to bring it back 4 times. The Personal Service made us feel as though we were the only people Angelo was dealing with even though there were many customers and Angelo’s phone rang often. They didn’t have the exact options we wanted, but Angelo immediately contacted another dealer and had the vehicle brought to us. All features of the SUV were thoroughly explained during and after the test drive. I have called Angelo several time with minor questions and he called back immediately. We felt were given a fair price with no pressure to buy or upgrade. Angelo made buying the GLC an enjoyable experience and we will definitely purchase our next car from him.
