the service part was great i have a real problem with this dealership. Two things. When I call service, I always get a voicemail and a call back may never occur of occur several i have a real problem with this dealership. Two things. When I call service, I always get a voicemail and a call back may never occur of occur several hours later. I also called Finance and never received a call back. I had to call again. How much do I have to spend on a car (I have the S550) to get a real person the first time. Again , the service part was great, just getting customer service is very difficult. Finally still a real issue. I lease my car and the salesperson stated that the lease could be cut short by 6 months if I went into another mercedes product. The time is important due to warranty issues. Finance then told me it all depends on so many factors and may be shorter than 6 months. This makes and extended warranty decision very difficult, and by the way, 25K miles is the least you can buy. Really??? More

Although, it is a great commute from MD, it is well worth the quality service and serviceman's wherathal. More
