Matthew went above and beyond to correct my concerns I was interested in a used GLE but had concerns about some noticeable defects on the car. In the end, the issues were fully addressed and Matthew involved the appropriate management and body work staff members to come up with a plan to resolve my concerns. In the end, my satisfaction was everyone’s concerns which made me feel as though they cared about my buying experience and didn’t forget about me once the deal was done. I was kept up to date throughout the process and overall very happy in the end. Matthew definitely stood behind his word and was there along the way even after delivery of the vehicle.
