C-300 Lease, 6th Car from Sales Rep. FAZ & This Dealer Faz has been my Sales Rep for the past 6 cars and he always take great care of me. Faz and Bob and the Sales Manager helped me this time and gave me the Best price, I even called Their competitor on the Main Line and they couldn't get me the same price. I got a 2018 C-300 4-Matic, Fully Loaded too. Once I started driving a Mercedes I have never went back to another vehicle. They are by far the best cars on the road, and great prices too, and very easy Approval Process too for Financing too. We have had other Luxury cars but now me and my wife only drive Mercedes and will never switch, we actually love everything about them when I need a service I get my same car or better as a loaner FREE, The services are all taken care of too in my lease, so there is no expensive services either. I even found out that the Service Manager lives in my Neighborhood and picks up my car and drops me off a loaner so I don't even have to take my car in for service. If you can tell me another dealer that would take a $100,000 Car off the showroom floor and let me borrow it for an hour to pick my wife up for our Wedding Shower, That is a dealer that truly cares and is there to help their long term clients. Mercedes Leases are very affordable and great cars I recommend if you are purchasing or leasing a luxury car at least take a look at This Dealership, Ask For FAZ who has always helped me or Bob who Assisted me this time as well. He had everything ready and the actual purchase took 90 minutes. He even called my insurance company and had my preliminary insurance ready to go. He was amazing and had me excited as we waiting for my perfect car to arrive from another dealership. More

Concerns with vehicle I had scheduled an appointment to come in for service. Upon arrival they greeted me and brought me to my advisor. One advisor was talking to the clien I had scheduled an appointment to come in for service. Upon arrival they greeted me and brought me to my advisor. One advisor was talking to the client but it seemed like my advisor was just listening in. Instead of acknowledging or letting me know someone would be with me, he said to the person who brought me in ‘bro, were in the middle of something right now.” with this bothersome attitude which was not professional at all while I was standing there. I would understand if I was waiting for the next advisor however if I’m assigned one, I think that there should’ve been better communication. There were 4 advisors there with only one customer at the counter and two on the phone. I was eventually assisted by someone else who told me for a diagnostic test on my car, it would cost $195. I was never told this when I called in to schedule the appointment when I had voiced my concerns about driving my car. The dealership isn’t even close to my house. This has been far the worst experience that I’ve ever received. I’m very disappointed with the level of service that I was provided and I don’t think I’m ever going back to MB. More
