I have been a customer at Mercedes-Benz of Washington / John Sisson for 15 years. There's a reason for five cars and fifteen years. Sales, & Service are great! I never feel pressured or misguided. I made an appointment for my car and made arrangements to have off work to bring it in. My car the. Sat for several days with no work being completed. A Justin and Brittany had told me my car was being have off work to bring it in. My car the. Sat for several days with no work being completed. A Justin and Brittany had told me my car was being serviced when I could very clearly see it had not been moved from the parking lot since dropping it off. Justin was rude when asking why I was give an appt that could not be honored and said I was welcome to take my vehicle elsewhere if I’d like. I was conveniently disconnected upon transfer to Brittany as the asst manager for further discussion. Service advisor was very kind through process. GM was contacted and did not return calls as promised. On 8/13 as told my vehicle was completed. I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot and it had NOT been repaired. It was still making the same noises. I was told it would be take in the next day for review. It sat almost another week. I did contact corporate customer service as well who put me in contact with Bob, Service manager. Corporate was very kind and attentive to concerns. Car sat for almost 4 weeks with little work and even less communication on status or updates. Was promised return calls that did not happen. Then dealership attempted to buy back my car instead of fixing the issue. During this process I was told that I needed new tires and that transmission fluid had been low. I inquired why I was not told this just a month or so earlier when I had my vehicle in for service B and state inspection. I was told this may have occurred as I had put 800 miles on my car in the interim. I would expect much more life out of tires and transmission than 800 miles to make such a drastic difference. At long last, a ticket was put in for further assistance with diagnosis and my issue was resolved. Dealership seems to lack adequate staffing for servicing vehicles and lack of customer service training for some staff there. More
We needed unexpected tire replacement. The tire was next day shipped to John Sisson and the service department squeezed us into the schedule the same day. Everyone was super helpful!
