Purchased a CPO Mercedes with 29,500 miles and salesman assured me that all brakes and rotors along with all new tires were replaced . Two years later after a PA inspection I was notified that the rear bra assured me that all brakes and rotors along with all new tires were replaced . Two years later after a PA inspection I was notified that the rear brakes and rotors were original and need replaced. The salesman and manager both lied to me about the condition of the car. They just wanted to push a sale. Now that I found out the truth I went back to John Sisson Mercedes and they informed me that they were bough out by a firm in Florida and did not want to have anything to do with what happened. I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.......... More
I recently went to John Sisson Mercedes Benz to service my Mercedes Benz and had a horrifying experience basis of which I would recommend all of you to avoid their service center at all costs. Their mechan my Mercedes Benz and had a horrifying experience basis of which I would recommend all of you to avoid their service center at all costs. Their mechanics are incompetent, and I believe that they do not have the required training to service Mercedes Benz cars. Moreover, I was charged for parts that were never installed. Here is the complete story - I called John Sisson Mercedes Benz dealership on March 22, 2021 to enquire whether they could handle the repair and service requirements of older Mercedes vehicles. My call was attended by Justin Blussick who is a servicing representative and he assured me that they were well equipped and trained to service older Mercedes like mine. Having got the confirmation, I towed my vehicle to the dealership the same day and explained them that the car had been kept in storage and has not been driven in a long time. I asked them to do a thorough inspection and make all the required repairs/service to make the car in a road worthy, running and safe condition. I picked up the car on April 09, 2021 after agreeing to all the repairs/servicing that I was informed. After picking up the car I noticed that the fuel gauge had stopped working and the car had trouble picking up speed. Based on this experience I took the car to an independent Mercedes workshop that specializes in older Mercedes and has a very strong reputation among Mercedes’s enthusiasts. Upon their inspection they noticed the noticed the following issues • The rear differential fluid was leaking, and they found that the differential fill plug and the drain plug were interchanged by John Sisson Mercedes when they did the differential fluid flush • John Sisson Motors charged me approx. $1000 for doing a full fuel system flush, however upon inspection by the independent Mercedes workshop they showed me that the fuel tank had not been cleaned thoroughly and had sediment/sludge build-up. This had choked the fuel pre-filters. Moreover, John Sisson failed to install the sending device correctly resulting in the fuel gauge not working • The independent workshop also noticed that my brake hoses were cracked (refer photo) which was very surprising since John Sisson charged me two hours of labor for inspection and replaced the front brake calipers and all the brake pads but failed to notice the cracked brake hoses. Apart from the above observations by independent workshop, I also noticed that my battery terminals were poorly installed (refer photo attached) by John Sisson Motors after they installed a new battery. Also, upon close review of the invoice, I found that I was charged for parts that were not replaced on my car. One of these parts is the expansion tank (part # 126-500-15-49). This part could not have been replaced since my specific model of Mercedes did not have an expansion tank. When I run these part numbers on Mercedes online parts catalogue, they show me that these parts do not fit my vehicle. More
Called 4 times, left messages twice and spoke to a service advisor twice, still no return call on servicing my 2020 sprinter, one of four Mercedes I own. Completely sucks that they are the only Merced service advisor twice, still no return call on servicing my 2020 sprinter, one of four Mercedes I own. Completely sucks that they are the only Mercedes dealer within 40 miles authorized to service sprinters because they obviously don’t care. More
Best experience buying a car ever Angela made my purchasing experience quick and easy. She took time to listen to me and uncover what I wanted. She made the experience about ME! Not Angela made my purchasing experience quick and easy. She took time to listen to me and uncover what I wanted. She made the experience about ME! Not what She wanted to sell. She gave me options and gave me things to think about. All from a "what's best for you". There was no pressure. None! Thank you Angela I would recommend Angela and the team at John Sission to anyone thinking about purchasing a Mercedes. They are a first class dealership and I know I will be returning for my next car More
Love the car, but had problems with the financing department at the last minute. I was promised a certain finance rate prior to the sale. When I arrived to purchase the car and fill out paperwork, department at the last minute. I was promised a certain finance rate prior to the sale. When I arrived to purchase the car and fill out paperwork, the finance rate on the paperwork was incorrect (was jacked up from what had been previously been discussed and what I had been told it would be). Dealership claimed that they do not use credit scores and instead had some other type of "auto score" and that score was over 100 points lower than my credit score. When I look a man in the eye and make an agreement, then that is what I expect to happen. Dealership apparently does not have the same philosophy. Dealership was not helpful in getting this corrected even blamed the change in interest rate from what had been promised on ME. More
