Explained Ivtook off work, traveled from out of town, followed instructions, no one told me had to leave it for days. They were rude, no customer service at all. I left, contacted Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown. They set me up with appointment and courtesy car, no problem. Thats were my business will go and all my recommendations.
