I was his second customer at this dealership. To this day he remembers why I needed to buy this vehicle, who was with me at the time, and what my husband's comment was!!! Six years later Glenn visited with me while I was with Shari Meyers in Service. When the estimate was presented Glenn said, "Vivian you need a Sedan and you should lease!" I have gone from E-Diesels to an E-Turbo to the current E-4Matic. Glenn regularly calls to check on my car and I try to visit him when I am in for a Service appointment. I have just recommended a friend to Glenn who is now a proud owner of a new car! In 20 years I have only had two Service Managers, Jeff originally, and then Shari Meyers. Jeff called me by name when he returned to the dealership and always greets me when I see him. Shari is not only efficient, but an extremely caring person. She always schedules me for Service Maintenance when she is able to provide me with a loaner car.
