The dealership and Mercedes-Benz boast of its free 5 year mbrace Connect package that comes with the 2017 models. Included with this is the Mercedes-Benz Apps, such as Google Local Search, Yelp, fuel finder and prices, etc. (2015 models can pay $14/mo for these Apps). Unfortunately, after the sale, I came to find out, they don’t work in my model and there’s no fix at this time. Since the dealership said I was getting this, I figured they would make good by perhaps, giving me a credit for what mbrace charges others for the feature until it’s fixed. Sales manager said, not their problem and gave me an 800 number to call Mercedes Customer Service, who connected me to mbrace, who said, I was not paying for it, so we’ll let you know if and when we fix it. My position is that if the dealership sells you a $60K package and it doesn’t deliver what they say it will, they should be working with MB on your behalf to ‘make things right’ and not leave you to fend for yourself. Charles Barker thinks otherwise. (Can't recommend until the problem is fixed.) Update: After two months, the Apps suddenly appeared. Still, a little disappointed that dealership didn't follow-up with me or MB on the issue. Changing my recommendation to Yes with an asterisk. More

This time I embarked on having a vehicle ordered to my specific specs and she was able to deliver within a five day Period. The experience was fast, the financing was done through Mercedes-Benz financial, rates were good. I came in and signed and left within an hour. Will keep all of my business right here at Charles Barker Mercedes. More
