I received the title and registration for my local state in the mail, that was handled by the dealership as well, I didn't even need to make a trip to the DMV. My sales rep was Tish Fonrodona, and the lady in the office who handled the DMV paperwork was Janet White. Finance jumped on the phone when necessary to help me understand the costs and the extended warranty options. More
