When I brought the vehicle in he informed me exactly of what Mercedes was going to look at, and that he would keep me informed of the findings. First he came out and said they found that the battery was at fault and needed to be replaced. Since it was out of warranty the cost would be $440, and I authorized the repairs. He came back a few minutes and informed me that he ran the repairs a different way, and it was, in fact, covered under warranty after all. In my opinion he went above and beyond what was required, and he has earned all my future business. to whoever reads this, Derek is a valuable asset to Mercedes Benz of Valencia. More

(While we waited, We were offered a ride to go have lunch while the car was being worked on.) I will definitely return to your dealership for further services.
