When your car unexpectedly is out of commission you feel vulnerable, but this quickly became a no issue for me, because the Valencia Staff quickly set out to ensure all issues were covered including providing me transport and a loaner. The young ladies at cashier desk were not very personable. They were having conversations among themselves while helping us.
