Also, I ran into a glitch coming back from Orange County, but the dealership was very accommodating and allowed me to return the vehicle the next day. Best of all, I needed replacement of some major items , and Ryan was able to give me a break on the price. More
The Air Won't blow... Oh NO!!! Took my car to MB Valencia I had an issue with the air conditioner in the dreaded heat of summer. Bill Parks greeted me in the drive. He asked ques Took my car to MB Valencia I had an issue with the air conditioner in the dreaded heat of summer. Bill Parks greeted me in the drive. He asked questions and looked at the car, checking the air. Bill told me the blower and motor were permanently at rest. MY MB has only 191,000 miles on her. She kept me cool for a very long time!!!! So I agreed to give her a new motor, blower and service her coolant system..... The repair and service to the air were done in less than 24 hours. I was given a MB Valencia Courtesy Car to get around in. What a stress reducer!!! Bill called me when the old girl was ready to roll. Bill greeted me at the door and escorted me to the cookies and beverages... Always a treat! Next it was time to pay at the payment counter. No waiting the invoice was ready to be paid. Then Bill escorted me to the car and we checked the old girl out. Off we went in a very cool vehicle. More
