Out of all the dealers i visited that day, including a famous one in Pasadena, I instantly felt a difference in class and professionalism. I worked with Deniz, who was outstanding. Very disappointed with the lack of caring and service I received from Mercedes Benz of Thousand Oaks! Service department did not fix the issue that I had described in detail to the service manager Oscar received from Mercedes Benz of Thousand Oaks! Service department did not fix the issue that I had described in detail to the service manager Oscar. I escalated the issue to the director of service with still no resolve. I ended having to pay the $295 service fee to get my vehicle back and I left without the issue being corrected! I left very dissatisfied with the total lack of service and they couldn’t have cared less! Unprofessional and unacceptable service! More
